Over 3000m² of walkways and public spaces in this historical estate were covered with loose aggregate (also known as chip stone or crushed stone) on top of compacted laterite. The aggregate, being loose, made it challenging to push a pram or wheel chair through and impossible to traverse in the rain. It also migrated to unwanted areas like flowerbeds, gutters, grass…

We supplied and installed a 10mm Daltex Brittany Bronze over the entire Werf. Our resin-bound, semi-porous aggregate means no more migrating stones, no pooling surface water and low-maintenance, pristine pathways.
